Hello, I want to ask a sentence which is very unclear for me:
"You further agree not to otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute any aspect portion of XYZ Apllication or of any XYZ Data, including source code or algorithms."
What does "otherwise" mean in this sentence?
Are the things mentioned after "including" the only things about the usage restriction?can we say so?
