Meaning of "other than"

I'm translating an outsourcing agreement into English.

Is there any point you find strange/wrong in terms of usage of "other than" in this item of scope of operations:

(7 )Operations as determined after consultation between both parties, other than the operations as set forth in each of the preceding items

In itself, "other than" is used correctly. It is hard to comment fully without seeing more context. The spacing around "(7 )" is incorrect, but probably this is just a small accidental typo in your post.
