Meaning of "it's a wisdom"

I found the following sentence from one of youtube videos. As far as I'm concerned, the meaning of "wisdom" in the following sentence is "experience". However, I'm not precisely sure about that. Therefore, I would really appreciate it if someone could let me know what is the exact meaning of "it's wisdom" in the following sentence.


It's a wisdom to know what to aim at.
