I wonder whether the meanings of "It was not me to break the phone", "Wasn't it you to message", "It was my friend to message you", "Wasn't it you to message me" in each sentence are equivalent to the meanings of the right rephrased sentences "It was not me who broke the phone!", "Wasn't it you who messaged", " It was my friend who messaged you", "Wasn't it you who were going to message me...".

(I know the left options could be ambiguous even though context is given enough, so they should be avoided, but I'm asking about the possible interpretations of them according to context)
