Does it mean "not related with another subject or object" or "having no similarity between them"? Can u explain the meaning please?

E.g. There were several inconsistencies and ambiguities in her speech.
E.g. Such behavior is inconsistent with her high-minded principles.
E.g. His account of the events was inconsistent.

It refers to things that at variance with each other, not consistent with each other, more or less contradict each other.

eg

Tom says he loves only Mary

Tom goes on dates with lots of other women.

Tom's words and Tom's actions are inconsistent.

so it's like "saying one thing and doing another thing", or "saying one thing and not sticking to those words"... Very roughly speaking, think of it as meaning 'things don't fit together correctly'

Let me explain via an example.

Maybe in one part of her speech, she said 'I will lower taxes'.

But in another part of her speech, she said 'I will not make any tax changes'.
