Meaning of he asked me to take a call

Dear teachers,

I had an interview yesterday. I cleared the first round and the second round was a telephonic round, I cleared the second round as well. But the one who took the first round he called me and said the one who took your telephonic round said you have made grammatical mistakes and used pillars while speaking so he asked me to take a call. Does it mean the second round HR asked the first round HR to take my interview again or to decide weather to take me in or out ( in or out means selecting or rejecting)

Please do tell me the meaning of he asked me to take a call and and please proofread the paragraph above.

Many thanks in advance.

shravanmm Does it mean the second round HR asked the first round HR to take my interview again or to decide weather to take me in or out ( in or out means selecting or rejecting) It does not indicate what the 2nd interviewer recommended. shravanmm Please do tell me the meaning of he asked me to take a call I suppose that they want you to repeat the telephonic round.
