meaning of 'dope'

I've always known 'dope' as as type of drug, but I saw on ViralFeeds it had a caption saying 'This girl is freaking DOPE.' with a video of a girl skateboarding skillfully linked to it

What does 'dope' mean in this context?

It is a (fairly) modern slang word used by some young people. To me, it is unattractive. I have never heard it used in real life, only in films or song lyrics or things
