Meaning of "concerned"

I learnt today in school that concerned has two meanings, one if it is before the noun and one after.
If used before, it means to care or worry abt sth/sb
For example, He is a concerned environmentalist.

I am not sure about the one used after. That is,
I am not sure what the concerned in the teacherconcerned.

Please explain about it
