Meaning of can't in each of these sentences???

1) No, you can't watch TV. You must eat up your dinner first.

2) i can't drive. i had lessons when i was younger, but i never got the hang of it.

3) The lights are off and nobody answered when we rang the doorbell. She can't be at home.

Any help would be greatly appreciated..
