Meaning of "all but one"
Please someone tall me what is the meaning of the "all but one" in following sentence.
All but one of these is free once you've paid your entrance fee.
Is that mean only one of them is free after you've paid entrance fee.

No, all but one is/are free (to me "are" seems more logical, but it doesn't affect the meaning that is understood). "but" means "except". You only have to pay for one thing. All the other things are free.
