Meaning of a sentence

Hi everyone! I got confused as I was reading this. I was wondering if “for those who love music around the world” refers to “certificate” or the clause before the comma? I kept on reading it over and over again but that just didn’t make sense to me if it’s actually the latter. I would truly appreciate your help

Thank you in advance

The whole thing is broken English. Don't worry about the grammar—there isn't any. Think of the phrase as a sort of incantation.

You are not alone. I did too. It is not good English. My guess that is that it is a certification for a refurbished instrument.
