meaning of "a men-chasing-girl "

Hello teachers

Suppose you have a baby girl and told by someone seeing your baby’s picture that "your baby is so cute, she would be popular , and becomes a man chasing girl. "

Do you take it that the one is saying
your baby girl becoming a girl who chases men
or
the baby girl becomes a "men-want-to-chase-girl" ?(=a girl who is always chased by men due to the attraction)

Thank you fr your advice in advance.

Shanks8532 Suppose you have a baby girl and told by someone seeing your baby’s picture that "your baby is so cute, she would be popular , and becomes a man chasing girl. " That remark seems odd indeed; it is both awkward and backward from what common sense would suggest. It is just poor English.
