Meaning of 2nd conditional

Hello...

Can A have the 3 meanings below?

A. If John lived there, he would be rich.

1. Counterfactual: John is not rich and he doesn't live there.
2. Inferential: If John is living there, he is rich.
3. Future inferential: If John is living there, he will be rich in the future.
