If you wanted to say "all ready", then your sentence is fine."already" in this sentence doesn't sound fine, because 'already' suggests that something has been done/ finished.

However, your '#2 Adobe updates are already installed' is correct. It means that the action of installing Adobe updates has been done/ finished before the utterance(of this sentence) or before this message appears (on your computer screen
if you are working on a computer).

But there are others who have better knowledge of English than I have. So, probably they will explain this to you better.

#1. Adobe updates are (all) ready to be installed. The modifier "all" can be used if there are many updates waiting. I would assume that all of them have been downloaded, but not yet installed.

#1. Adobe updates are already ~~to be~~ installed. (The installation process has completed, and the software is up-to-date.)
