Meaning difference?

How would you like to drink a cup of coffee?
VS.
Would you like to drink a cup of coffee.

I feel like they mean the same or is there a meaning difference between them? Thank you so much as usual and have a good day.

I'd ask only,
"Would you like a (cup of) coffee?"
"(Do you) fancy/feel like a (cup of) coffee?"
"Coffee?"
