Hi, what is the meaning of costs in the following text:
....as I said the business ( nercing homes) is so lucrative, because of Medicare and Medicate, plenty of companies want a piece of the business. And costs are projected to go through the roof.
Does costs here mean the costs for patients or the value of the business or whatever else ? and what is its connection with the lucrative business?
Thanks
It is poorly written text. "Medicate" is a verb and "nercing homes" is nonsense. My best guess is that they mean business expenses, but it is a guess.
