Hi, What is the meaning of I have to get Jonathan Demme arrested in the following text:

Despite everything Bro had done for the cause over the past several months , Lisa concluded he was essentially a pompous ass, with his megaphone and black baseball cap. When she'd asked him to hold something for a moment , he'd replied , " Not know. I have to get Jonathan Demme arrested."

Does it mean he wants to go and arrest Jonathan or see to the matter of the arrest of Jonathan.
