What is the meaning of "you won't see a judge" in the following text?
"He suggested a sum of around two hundred thousand dollars, the amount that the company would pay in legal fees to fight the appeal."
Schlichtmann shook his head.
"You won't win the case" said Jacobs. "And even if you do, you won't see a judge for three years."
