Meaning

I can't understand this part of a book at all. could you please guide me?

“Aw, Thad, you don’t know shite about dragons,” said little Merle, hefting his bucket of scraps up into the trough. “Do too!” Thad shouted. “I know a sight more than you fools, I ’spect!”
“’Spect all you want,” said Merle’s older brother Darro. “You don’t know shite about shite.”

As Merle is dumping the pigs' food into the trough the pigs eat from, he tells Thad that Thad does not know anything about dragons. Thad takes offense and claims vehemently that he does indeed know about dragons and that furthermore his knowledge is superior to Merle's and Darro
