Hi,
Would you please let me know the meaning of "we're well aware of your rep as being an *** to every con that's ever walked through these doors. You like dishing out the pain little man?" and "Well after your conviction , our strong recommendation to the correctional folks will be that wherever you go you're to be placed in the general prison population. Might save the Commonwealth the cost of an execution."
Please note that I understand the literal meaning of all words, what I don't understand is the relation of "you like dishing out the pain" with the previous statement and " saving the cost of an execution" with the " being placed in the general prison population.
