Meaning

Hello,

I want to support the description of each type of blended learning by statements from some experts. The types of blended learning that I want to distinguish are:

- Replacement blended learning (online learning replaces some onsite learning meetings)

- Supplemental blended learning (online learning supplements onsite learning without replacing any onsite hours/meetings).

I have a doubt about a statement by an expert whether it supports replacement or supplemental blended learning.

Her statement is "It should not be an either/or but rather a supplement to other types of training and learning."

I assume that this statement indicates or describes supplemental blended learning, but I am not that sure. What do you think?

Thank you...
