Meaning?

Hi, What is the meaning of to the lawyer, having Grace and Beatrice as defendant (wealthy defendants) in the case was like learning that a woman his mother kept trying to set him up with had a huge trust fund. What is the meaning of the whole text and specially the meaning of " with had a huge trust fund". please note that I understand the meaning of the words , but what I don't understand is the meaning of the whole text.
