Meaning?

Hi. Is my interpretation of these two phrases correct? Thank you in advance for your response.

A Thought Taught V.S. A Taught Thought

A thought taught means that the action has not been retained yet by the receiver. A taught thought; however, means that the action of teaching the thought has been successfully done.
