Meaning?

Hi,
What is the meaning of "Me", "what will be will be" and "but not some others 'round here in the following context::
"How did your son get a hold of Blinda?" asked Decker.
"He picked her up in his patrol car and told her he was going to look after her."
"What did he mean by that?" asked Bogart sharply.
"Like I said , she was a freak, and folks here made a point of telling her so to her face No, they were none too kind. Me, I say the Lord, makes 'm in lots different ways .What will be will be . But not some others 'round here. So her life was pretty bad in Mercy. My son knew that. So he used that to sort of lure her in."
Thanks

"me" is "I". It's part of the speech pattern of this character to emphasize the subject with an extra pronoun.

Me, I say that ...

It's like saying, If you ask me, I will tell you that ...

Thanks for the explanations given. Now that we are on the same text could you please expand a little bit on the meaning of the "and folks here made a point of telling her so to her face ( rape her)". Why they decided to do so, and what purpose was supposed to be served by" telling so to her face" ?
Thanks

Why did you add "rape her"? From the text you provided I don't see anything to do with rape.

To tell her something "to her face" means that they spoke to her directly. They didn't only say those things to each other behind her back. They said those things directly to her.

Thanks.I added "rape her" deliberately in order to provide a summery of the context as I see it.The reason I asked the question was exactly that I couldn't find relation between the rape and telling so to her face or in other words does telling to her face mean to rape her/ Here is more of the context:
"Just keep going.Where did the rape take place?"

There is no relation between those things.

No. Absolutely not. They called her a freak. They said to each other "She's a freak". Then they also said to her (face), "You are
