It means "I certainly, truly love you!"

Hi

I think he's saying, here are three things that are certain in my life:

a) The stars are fire
b) The sun moves
c) A person who tells the truth cannot be a liar

If you want, you can question any of those things, so long as you know I love you

Hi

I see what you mean. I read it as:

- And here's another doubt: do you think that truth can lie?

But you could read it as

- And, in order to be a liar, would you doubt truth itself?

And if that's so then the third phrase goes the other way round

I'm not sure

Hi

Having looked at it, yes:

- Doubt that the stars are fire?
- Doubt that the sun moves?
- Doubt truth! (if it suits you to be such a liar)

Just a footnote

The lines are written about ten years before the Roman Inquisition into whether the sun moves

- Do you doubt truth? Make it out to be a liar?

GPY"Doubt truth to be a liar" seems to be "the wrong way round" compared to the first two.
Not for a cynic!
