Meaning

Hi,
Would you please tell me what is the meaning of "screwing each others brains out", and 'Well, you have a funny way of showing it.' in the following context:
".....Okay, so you messed around. It is not that big of a deal. So get over it."
"But he didn't get over it."
"No. I actually thought he was going to hit me.He said he loved his wife. And here we're sitting naked on my bed after screwing each other's brain out .And I said something dumb like, 'Well, you have a funny way of showing it.'Then he yelled at me,grabbed his staff, and left."
Thanks

Mr. M., I think you left out a "not"!

grabbed his staff, and left. I think it probably should be stuff, not staff.

It's a somewhat Freudian mistake, perhaps!

Thanks for the replies. You are right. In the text it is stuff and not staff, but the mistake is simply a typing error or mistake and not a Ferudian mistake
