My presentation wasn't very well prepared but I managed to stumble through it.Hey  Can sb explain what does stumble mean in the sentence above?

I've heard someone using this word with such the same meaning before. Here what she said, "They think I will stumble and fall, and finally lead my team to failure. But it's not gonna happen". I believe that 'stumble' there implies to have a hard time doing something because you're expected to make a lot of mistakes or to have many obstacles blocked your way. Some stumble and fall, other stumble through, which means you have it done but in a unsmooth way with plenty of difficuties.
