I would take this to mean that she has blond hair (not yellow teeth or bland, boring teeth) and resembles a Barbie doll. Her blond hair and small, harmless-looking teeth (not sharp and dangerous-looking) make her look innocent and non-threatening.
I have a question here. You mean "she wants to be an ordinary woman, does not attract anyone"? So if yes, why she was worried about her looking? In the second line "this" refers to "her kind of teeth"?
