What is the meaning of"The new,old"and "come-at-me-with-both-guns-blazing"in the following text:
"It is a diner, Caleb. there'er enormous men in there eating entire side beef without a fruit cup in sight,okay? Besides ,what happened to the new,old Caleb? the dangerous come-at-me-with-both-guns-blazing Caleb?"
