Meaning

Hi there,
Could you help me with the following sentences?
1. The judges didn't have to bush you, guys,. You took care of that on you own. (what does the second sentence mean?)
2. All they had to do was agree on one thing. (Is it also correct to say:'...to do was to agree....?')
3. You are only as good as your help. ( What does it mean?)
