Meaning

Hi,

This's a group name on facebook. I understand it as it means: I love the people who keep a smile even if their truths are broken down by the others. I'm not sure about it, so I want to be confirmed by you.

"I love the people who keep a smile when they have every right to break down."

And one more. This was the last part of somebody's comment which says previously:"we need time to fix this." and then:

"Patience, if everything"

It seems like an incomplete sentence and very short to guess. Could you explain the meaning?

Thanks in advance..

You are near correct, but "truths" is not the issue: I love people who smile even when life is difficult. "Patience, if everything" looks like a typing error to me. I would guess they meant "Patience is everything" meaning that patience is the most important quality while waiting for the fix.

Hi Jeff,
Jeff Cowell"Patience, if everything" looks like a typing error to me
I checked that comment again and I saw that it's slightly different. It's written: "If everything, patience". I don't know maybe this changes the meaning.

Thanks a lot...

Seeing the phrase "If everything, patience" in context would help. I can speculate the writer intended something like "If you expect everything, then patience is the answer".

I got your point Jeff. I was wondering if it was an idiom. I see it's not.

Thank you so much.
