0 maybe tense sequence. present - present, though I know such a sequence is possible. I have no difficulty understanding the meanings of the words, but the structure and the meaning of the sentence as a whole rather than the individual word meanings pose a problem. Maybe I would say it in a different way. For example: We can't be sure of the possible consequences when we interfere with planetary
