Meaning

1. You could swim at age of 10.

2. You could swim at age 10.

which one is correct "at age of 10" or "at age 10".


Are both sentence represent possibility for the "past" or "future".

use of "could" is possible for future or past only.

(personally I also prefer 'by' to 'at' for both of these options.)

3. You could swim when you were ten years old.

These represent the past. If you want to discuss the future you need.
