Mean pretty much the same or possibly the same?

Hi. Please help. I am not sure but I think the mean roughly same or possibly the same.

1. When you finish writing, please turn over the paper.
2. When you are finished with writing, please turn over the paper.
3. When you have finished writing, please turn over the paper.

(answer to this: What is that?)
1. Oh, it's a pizza.
2. Oh, it's pizza.
