Mean

I know the correct way to use "mean" is : What does that mean?
But in the movie, they seemed to say "What's that means" very often. Is it an alternative way to express orally? Or I didn't hear correctly.
Thanks.

"What's that means" -- I don't know what movie you are referring to, but that (if that is actually what they say, and not "What that means is", for instance) is substandard and not a valid alternative in any English.
