I'd say "I love you too..."

I think that if you say "me too" that may imply that you love yourself ... someone says that he loves you ... and you say "yeah, me too" meaning - I love myself as well... but I may be wrong so correct me if I am

"You too" is more common. This short for "I love You Too".

Recently I also heard "Me too" as the response. I disagree with this. It would be short for "I love me too" :-)
