"me too, as well"

Hello teachers,

While riding an elevator, I got confused what I heard from a native speaker. Here's the conversation.

NS1: I will eat dinner later tonight.

NS2: Oh, "me too as well"

Is it gramatically correct? Pls. help me for my future reference.
