"me too, as well"

Hello teachers,

While riding an elevator, I got confused what I heard from a native speaker. Here's the conversation.

NS1: I will eat dinner later tonight.

NS2: Oh, "me too as well"

Is it gramatically correct? Pls. help me for my future reference.

Correct? Well, nothing can be said against the grammar. As does much of spoken English, it contains a looser structure and more redundancy than good written English.
