me or i?

which one is correct and why....
1. lets you and me go to the park
2. lets you and i go to the park
i thought i should use " I" instead of "me" because "you and the other person" are subjects so i should use i but it seems im wrong! please help

LET'S = LET US. The apostrophe represents the missing letter (the U from US).
