Me or I?

Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me. Which of the following is correct:

The team and me
Me and the Team
The team and I

In the sentence 'It is goodbye from...'

If you have a good explanation for why it is correct, that would be helpful too.

Many Thanks.

Best wishes from me. Not "Best wishes from I."
