Hello, which one of these is correct and why?

The correct sentence is I am 5 years old.

you can also write as "I'm 5 years old".

please note down I is a subject prounoun and it's used for the subject of the sentence. He, she, we, it, they and you are also subject pronouns while Me is an object pronoun and it's used for the object of th

Sorry. I hope that now you'll be able to understand it. It's more like a topic than a sentence. "compare yourself today and yourself five years ago". So I would presume that: Me / I now and 5 years ago is clearer, isn't it?

From these two options I 'd choose the word Me, but don't know why.

ZygisIt's more like a topic than a sentence.
I take it that you mean a title for an essay or a caption for a photo. In that case I'd choose me as well. It's not the subject of a sentence. That's why I seems wrong.
