Hi, In the top right corner, put your mailing address, but not your name. ) eg 18 Cromwell Road, Toronto, Ontario, Canada ( you just need the country if the letter is going to another country) M5D 6Y9 (include any special post office codes) Leava a blank line, and then write the date, again at the right 23 August, 2009 Then space down a line or more, and put your greeting at the left side of the page, eg Dear Mr. Smith, That's all you need, unless it is a business letter.
