- Which sentence is ok?

2) - What's his address?

- It's 68 Steven street, California.

- His address is 68 Steven street, California.

- Are these sentences ok?

3)- Could I have your address, please?

- What's your address, please?

1-- Both seem fine. I would drop the article a from the latter. I would be tempted to change them both to Mistress of Ceremonies , but I am not sure of the political correctness or currency of this designation.
