Mba or MBA
Can MBA be written as Mba and be accepted? I have always written it on my resume, business cards and Website as Mba and cannot remember where or when I started using that.

Don't use this. It will either look like a typo, or it will make you look ignorant. Please change it on your resume and business cards and throw out the other ones. I can't even tell you how negatively that would strike me!
