A is in a bad mood and yells some harsh words at B, who instead of feeling offended just takes it with a smile and says...

1) Maybe you should consider just staying at home next time you're in a mood like this.

2) You might consider just staying at home next time you're in a mood like this.


Would "you might" imply better than "maybe you should" that B just takes it with a smile?
