Maybe Another Day
Once there was a bird
Which was trying to learn how to chirp
Being so young it couldn't realize
What's going on in the wild world.
When the predatory animals heard its birth,
They immediately decided to entrap her.
"My dear buddies..!" the huge falcon spoke.
"Each time we wanted to give a feast,
We couldn't catch a flea at least (!) "
"So.." the vulture continued
"We'll try another way and be optimist."
The little sparrow was flying hither and thither.
"Wow,what a magnificent view ! " she tweeted.
But then she thought to herself as she was diving:
"I wish I were strong enough to fight against the wind.
So that it wouldn't be a big blockage."
The shrewd owl heard the whole of her talk.
"It will be a nice day" he thought.
"I'll go and inform the birds,In this way,I can assist in their plot."
After listening the owl's speak,the talker falcon made a speech:
"Dear cronies, in order to make her dreams come true
We'd better disguise ourselves as goblins."
"So,what we're going to do is.." the falcon spoke.
"To return and go our separate ways" the vulture smirked.
As the little sparrow came into view,
The swift crow appeared in front of it.
"Tell me whatever you wish,I'm the angel of benefit."
The sparrow fell to the ground and became tongue-tied.
Her small beak was trembling,"whatever I want?" she asked at last.
"Of course!" the vulture emerged at once.
"Well,I wanna be strong enough to migrate to the west
And there I wanna have my own nest."
All the animals alias "the goblins" couldn't open their mouth.
"This is not fair!" the crow grabbed the owl by the throat.
"We didn't prepare ourselves according to this wish!
You're a liar and now everything is demolished..!"
The little sparrow woke up prespiring.
"Mom-m-y,mom-m-y!!"she tried to defend herself yelling.
"Honey,what happened? Why are you stammering?"
"Oh,mom I saw a nightmare and we'd better delay
Chirping and flying lessons to another day...
