Maya Angelou

’’Just like moons and like suns,
With the certainty of tides,
Just like hopes springing high,
Still I'll rise.’’

I understand this sentence perfectly fine, but as I'm from Sweden it's very hard to tell what ''hopes springing high'' might mean. Grateful for any answers, thank you in advance.
