Dear Ms. Kairis,

I am writing in response to your advertisement on IT Weapons website for the position of Project Coordinator, I would like to apply for the position of Project Coordinator. I have 3 years of experience being involved in analyzing different projects, procedures and systems and in all stages of project development from collecting the requirements to evaluating the success of the project. I have an IT bachelor’s degree and web graphical design certificate.

My recent experience included working as an IT coordinator/developer at WSI Internet Franchise. In my role I applied both hard and soft skills. I played a key role between the clients, the developers, the IT manager and the IT vice-president in analysing projects, planing meeting and tracing the implementation process. I created, updated and organized (requirements' documentations, schedules, and timelines) that were used by different teams. While managing and monitoring the implementation of the projects, I was responsible on testing the systems and perform a quality assurance documentation to insure the sustainability and success of the projects by meeting the clients’ needs and sticking to the scheduled timelines.

Previously, I worked as a database supervisor assistant where my responsibilities included communicating with the HR, IT, admins, users and the third party “IT Company” in which I show evidence of being capable of finding information and translate business requirements to technology solutions, and translate business demands and strategy to technical initiatives. My experience included troubleshooting, reporting system problems and presenting solutions, planning and implementing a complete project life cycle for project, analyzing, testing and evaluating systems, creating process maps and user manuals, and developing project time plan.

I am skilled in Java, C#, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.NET, MS Office Suite, Rational Rose, electrical scheduling, Flash, Photoshop and using different IT methodologies (such as SDLC and Agile).

I am the ideal candidate because of my strong problem solving and communication skills and my experiences in analysing projects by going through all phases of project and system development, coordination teams and meeting deadlines with excellence as well as my strong background in information technology which match the main responsibilities and the requirements necessary to perform in this position.
