The paragraph is about using the left hand in the classical gutiar with practice

Left Hand practice:
Here are some practices to develop the left hand preparation, position.

- For the Right hand use the index (i) finger and middle (m) finger in alternating way
To play the treble strings (no matter to use i, m or m, i, do as you find more comfortable for you)
and thumb for bass strings.
Notice:you can training your self to develop the way that using index (i) finger, middle (m) finger for both treble and bass strings.

- Playing them by using free stroke technique.
- Playing slowly to be able to check every position for left hand and right hand.

-The problems that you would have faced are :
2- Buzz where you place your finger on the strings in mistake placing
or by mush relaxation for fingers.
1- Feeling tension in the left hand
