"may" or "can"?

"May" or "can" is better in this sentence? The word "collect" used appropriate here? or there're better choice of word? Pls advise.

1. I've packed all the notes in an envelope. You may arrange time to collect it.

2. I've packed all the notes in an envelope. You can arrange time to collect it.
