May not and must not in Tag questions

Would you please tell how may and must are used in tag questions when the statements are positive?

You may be kate,....?

You must be on time,....?

This is OK for all people:

Your name is Kate, isn't it?

May this one is OK for a little girl:

You are Kate, aren't you?

This is OK, but I would never say it:
Your name might be Kate, mightn't it?
